Here is how you can receive a $25 refund for sending back your 1995-01 Ford Explorer console. This is also compatible with these vehicles: 2001-03 Ford Explorer Sport, 2001-05 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, and 1997-01 Mercury Mountaineer.
-$25 refund is granted to a console that has is in good condition, but has a minor crack in the leather. We send your refund back via PayPal or as a refund back onto your credit card, depending on how you choose to pay during checkout. If your console is in worse condition, we will still accept it, but the value is broken down to the usable parts that are on it.
-If your foam is completely destroyed, but has good plastic base with no cracks-$20
-The top foam piece alone with no dents- $10
-Each plastic tab is worth $10. So if everything is perfect except one plastic tab is broken, your value is $25-10=15.
You can always send us a photo of the top and base of your console to Andrew@Z-Interiors.com if your plastic base is damaged and you want a refund quote.
Shipping: Please ship in the same box that was sent to you if possible. Make sure to pad the console with newspaper. Please use USPS parcel post and purchase a delivery confirmation number (save this because we are not liable for lost packages, this number will confirm that the package arrives at our door).
